Note: This pricing is per seat or installation on one computer.
If you wish to purchase a significant number of seats (15 or more) at one time, please contact us for a quote. A bulk discount may apply even if some of the seats are Real-Time and some of the seats are Interval Coding.
Support Options
Each purchase includes 60 days of HelpDesk support for that module. This support will be provided through our online HelpDesk and by phone. Bug fixes will be provided as a download from our website for free. If requested, we may ship updates on CD for additional cost.
We also offer a yearly support plan for 20% of the standard price of the module. For example, the yearly support plan on one seat of Real-Time Data Capture would be $360. Yearly support for 3 seats would be $1080. The yearly support plan provides HelpDesk support, as well as free upgrades to new versions as they release. Without a support plan, additional HelpDesk or phone support will be billed at our standard rate (currently $62/hour).
Onsite support will be billed at our standard rate (currently $62/hour) plus travel expenses.
Upgrades
If you do not have a yearly support plan, upgrade pricing would be as follows:

Within one year of the purchase date, you will receive 3/4 of your purchase price as a credit toward the new version.

Within two years of the purchase date, you will receive 1/2 of your purchase price as a credit toward the new version.

Within three years of the purchase date, you will receive 1/4 of your purchase price as a credit toward the new version.
