Modifications would be completed on the newest version of the software only. If you are running an older version, you must upgrade to the latest version before modifications can be made.
Modifications that are changes to a current module would be updated on all copies of that module that you have purchased. For example, if you own 2 copies of the Real-Time Data Capture module, when you purchase a modification, both copies would have the modification included. The modification would also be included in future releases of the software.
If the modification is of significant size to warrant becoming its own module (we are trying to keep the price of modules around $1800), you would receive 3 seats of that module for the cost of development. Once we know the details of the modification, we would be able to let you know about which method would apply.
Modifications would be billed at our standard programming hourly rate (currently $55/hour). We request as much information as possible to quote a price for each modification. Possible information to send would include sample input/output files, sketches of screens (if layout is important), formulas for calculations, whether the option should be available to all users or not, and as detail of an explanation as possible.
Custom Modifications
